While the service team is great and gets you in when needed, the dealer labor rates are ridiculously expensive. To the point that I will be doing some major work myself to save money.
Called Saturday morning first thing for my work van for an oil change Sparky answered the phone was able to get my truck right in when I called back to get my F250 he also was able to get me in and get it completed all on Saturday Awesome quick service really appreciate getting my work van completed so my crew can be on the road on Monday.
Well, I went in for my first oil change on my Ford expedition 2024 again for my first oil change which I paid for the vehicle itself $68,000. The service was great. I brought my F-150 into Ford Spring Hill in the afternoon before a scheduled service date. I was told that they would work on my car the next morning. That next day I was called at 3:30 pm and told that they had not yet looked at my truck. As I had to work that evening I went back and took my truck back home. No apology from them, just handed me my keys. I'll go somewhere else next time.

First time bringing in my fleet vehicle for service and the service department was very efficient and communicative. I will bring the car back for additional services.
We took our car in for a transmission diagnosis. The service technician said it could be the PCR or the shift forks or something else, but that it was too much work to diagnose and not enough of a problem yet and we should consider trading it in before the problem gets worse. Instead they diagnosed another $5,000 worth of things that we didn't take it in for - filters, motor mount, spark plugs, etc.

Sandy in the sales department was wonderful. She was constantly trying to make sure all our needs were met. Financially as well as the options on our new ford was met. I am not the easiest person to deal with, and she went above and beyond our expectations. Dave in finance was also extremely helpful and kind. He also did everything he could to make sure we were happy and was very understanding. Dave and sandy both made our experience quite pleasant.
The sales rep was professional, friendly and very helpful. Everything was explained in detail. The same was true for the business office. Choices were explained fully which made decision-making easy.
The whole process from start to finish was prefect 5/5 stars zero stress. Troy knowledgeable kind and not pushy. The finance manager we worked with also fantastic no stress gave us great warranties that we couldn’t resist. Again I will stress zero pushing from both men! Take what ever “Great deal!” price this dealership advertises, and add $1500-$3,000 in fees! VERY, VERY disingenuous to advertise a price they WILL NOT honor. IMO, it is borderline fraudulent to advertise a vehicle using Kelly Blue Book’s GREAT PRICE logo, when they WILL NOT honor that price. I encourage this dealership to use the ACTUAL price they will sell at and see if Kelly Blue Book still indicates “GREAT PRICE”.
